You will have a protected caseloads of 7 families, (3 based in Kent and 4 based in South London). You will be based at our head office in Sandwich, Kent, with 1 – 2 days working from home, and approximately 1 day per week undertaking SSW visit to your 7 foster families. A salary up to £45,000 for the right candidate with a range of other benefits.

Our residential offering provides specialist 24/7 treatment for children with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioural needs. We are extremely passionate about changing the face of care. Our unique evidence-based therapeutic approach puts children at the centre of our team and ensures the child or young person’s voice is encompassed in all that we do. Our first Residential home is based near Maidstone, Kent. Some shift work will be required to ensure you can effectively oversee and lead all aspects of residential care.
