It’s not rocket science; if a child is supported in a safe, nurturing environment where the individual needs of that child are met, they have every opportunity to reach their potential and thrive.
Our services are evidence-based. We provide collaborative ways of supporting our young people through fostering, therapy and residential services. Our transformative approach ensures every need is met and delivery of service is unique to the young person.
In my 30 year social care career, the needs and complexities of our children have changed significantly. We cannot, and will not, approach service delivery with outdated practises that are no longer fit for purpose or positively impact children. The impact of trauma and our children’s needs are more diverse. We must deliver services that are collaborative and progressive to meet these needs.Jonathan Toomey- evolve Founder
