You will have a protected caseloads of 7 families, (3 based in Kent and 4 based in South London). You will be based at our head office in Sandwich, Kent, with 1 – 2 days working from home, and approximately 1 day per week undertaking SSW visit to your 7 foster families. A salary up to £45,000 for the right candidate with a range of other benefits.

Our first Residential home is based near Maidstone, Kent. Some shift work will be required to ensure you can effectively oversee and lead all aspects of residential care. Up to £50,000 for the right candidate with a range of other benefits.

We are seeking a Caretaker to join our Residential team based in Maidstone. This role sits within the Residential Team but will involve lone working. The ideal candidate will have caretaking experience and a track record of delivering high quality services, demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and high levels of service. 16 hours per week. Up to £30,000 for the right candidate (pro rata).
