Founded by Jonathan Toomey and Alison Finn in 2021, evolve is the culmination of 50 years combined experience in delivering specialist social care services to children and young people.

Group Clinical Lead
Jill is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing practitioner (EMDR) having experience across fostering and residential and the NHS.
Alison
Assessments Manager/Director
Alison qualified as a social worker in 2005.
Alison started her social work career working in independent fostering services and has extensive experience in social work, management, and quality assurance.
