We are just one piece of the puzzle that supports our young people. The local communities in which they are a part is an integral factor to the development of our young people also. To provide a collaborative, inclusive approach to those in our care and beyond, evolve continue to support other services who have a positive impact on children and young people.

We have a clear commitment to:

• Support local charities who continue to have a positive impact on children and young people.
• Attend local community events to raise awareness of children's services, challenge perceptions and stereotypes of those in care.
• Conduct research and obtain feedback to continue to develop the thinking to ensure positive change across the sector.

• Facilitate conferences and events for foster parents, mental health professionals, local authorities, care leavers and other professionals to challenge industry norms and language and act on it.
