Alison qualified as a social worker in 2005.
Alison started her social work career working in independent fostering services and has extensive experience in social work, management, and quality assurance.

Vanessa
Group Director of Children's Services
Vanessa is a skilled, motivated and emphatic senior manager with 23 years social care experience gained in the UK and Ireland across public, private and voluntary sectors across children and family services.
Jill
Group Clinical Lead
Jill is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing practitioner (EMDR) having experience across fostering and residential and the NHS.

Fostering Registered Manager (Acting)
Adriana is a qualified Social Worker, having spent over 18 years in the role.
