Evolve has recently added a new location in Croydon to support foster carers locally. This is for foster carers based in Croydon and across South London.
The agency is family owned and has a vision to develop its support network geographically to cover Croydon and South London. We appreciate the importance of local support and being close to you. Training and events being held locally will be planned going forward.
Evolve Therapeutic Fostering’s model focuses on high level support to foster carers and also to child or young person in placement. Your dedicated social worker will visit you regularly in Croydon. Support includes therapy relating to arts, drama, horse riding and play activities. Other support includes:
- Events and activities for children and foster carers
- Carer payment of up to £750 per week
- Relevant pocket and allowances for children and young persons
- Celebration of achievements together
- Out of hours contact and support
- Respite care and breaks
- Dedicated and focused training
- Membership with Foster Talk
- Group supervision – monthly
- Allocated peer mentor
- Access to therapeutic parenting diploma
Evolve Therapeutic Fostering is registered with Ofsted and has an excellent track record of achieving positive outcomes and supporting foster carers.
